- Representatives may also wear gloves and carry hand sanitizing gel and/or wipes
- Representatives are required to perform daily health self-assessment; greeters with a fever or exhibiting symptoms will not be permitted to work

- Free changes at any time for select U.S. domestic locations**
- LAX: Free changes up to 4 hours prior; 50% discount on late cancels between 1-4 hours prior***
