The health and safety of our team members and customers is our top priority. That’s why we continue to work hard to ensure your next airport experience remains worry-free, so that we can get you through the airport safely and quickly.

• All airport representatives will wear face coverings
• Representatives may also wear gloves and carry hand sanitizing gel and/or wipes
  
• Representatives are required to perform daily health self-assessment; greeters with a fever or exhibiting symptoms will not be permitted to work

We’ve Relaxed our Change Policies

• Free changes for all U.S. domestic bookings with 24 hours advance notice*
• Free changes at any time for select U.S. domestic locations**
• LAX: Free changes up to 4 hours prior; 50% discount on late cancels between 1-4 hours prior***

*excludes LAX; **expires June 30; select locations; ***expires Dec 31, 2020
